About Me
Dr. Howard Leibowitz is a board-certfied physician who specializes in anesthesiolgy. He earned his medical degree the University of Miami School of Medicine in 1986. Dr. Leibowitz completed his residency at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital in 1990. He has been the Medical Director and Chief of the Department of Anesthesiology at Memorial Same Day Surgery Center West since 1995.
