Dr. Alvaro Garcia is board-certified in general surgery. He earned his medical degree from Central University of Venezuela in 1997. He completed internships at University of Miami-Jackson Memorial Medical Center in 2000, Yale-New Haven Med Center Program in 2001, and University of Miami-Jackson Memorial Medical Center in 2002. Dr. Garcia completed his residency at Georgetown University Hospital in 2005 and his fellowship at Orlando Regional Medical Center in 2006.
