Memorial Healthcare System Ranks Third Nationwide in Quality and Patient Satisfaction

(Hollywood, Fla.) — A recent study, conducted by Network for Regional Healthcare Improvement (NRHI), ranked Memorial Healthcare System as third in the nation based on combined quality of care and patient satisfaction scores. The ranking also places Memorial as first in Florida with these scores.

The NRHI developed a ranking of healthcare systems nationwide by using a formula that combined quality care scores from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) with patient satisfaction scores from Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS).
