Educational Benefits for MHS Employees
Our complete suite of educational benefits – tuition reimbursement, scholarship and leadership development programs - has been designed to ensure that the opportunity for continuing education is available to all qualified employees throughout the system. We firmly believe that a well-educated workforce provides the organization and our employees with the tools needed to contribute to the success of our overall mission.
Memorial Healthcare System partners with local colleges and universities to offer varied degree programs in healthcare, based on organizational need and employee interest.
With appropriate approvals, Memorial Healthcare System may reimburse existing employees in part or in whole for tuition costs associated with healthcare- and job-related undergraduate and graduate degrees taken through an accredited Florida college or university. Employees may receive reimbursement for specific preapproved job-related courses that are not taken toward completion of a specific degree program.
Coursework toward other degrees may be approved if they specifically relate to your current job.
Tuition reimbursement may be available for those already enrolled in an approved degree program.
